Richie Ross is the founder of totaltourmanagement.com and has been a leading light in the entertainment industry for over 15 years. In that time, he has gained expertise in many disciplines from lighting design, tour management, technical stage and production management, as well as a producer and director of many touring productions.

Back in the early 1990’s Richie was Director of NRG Promotions Ltd, an event management company based in Worcestershire. NRG Promotions were responsible for the conception and event management of many local authority and private events from Carnivals, Festivals, Marathons and Fun Days to Wedding Receptions and private parties.

His keen interest in performance, led him to train as a freestyle dance teacher , resulting in him joining forces with Mezzoforte Dance Company and developing the school to become one of the largest in the Midlands with classes throughout Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire,with some 600 students taking classes every week.

1995 saw Richie become a founding director of Limelight Leisure Ltd, a leisure based company running nightclubs and style bars. Direct responsibility for branding, marketing, promotion, recruitment, personnel and training, licensing and facility management was a corner-stone of his very personal management style and developed a unique and diverse insight into many areas of the entertainment industry.

Richies first foray into theatre came in 2001 when he joined Wayne Denton Associates, an entertainment agency in Birmingham supplying artistes to cruise companies, clubs and holiday camps. Subsequently Richie became a Director of The Show Providers Ltd. Developing popular musical productions and looking after their production management and marketing took Richie all over the UK touring number 1 venues. During this time he also gained recognition by other producers and worked for them on their own touring shows. He also worked with The Stage Newspaper as part of their production team on their bi-annual Showcall Showcase.

During the early part of the millennium, his reputation as a tour and company manager grew decisively quickly so much so that in 2004 he established totaltourmanagement.com as a company in its own right to provide production and tour management to many producers throughout the world.
Now, the company prides itself on being innovative and professional, boasting an impressive client list with tours to most of the UK number 1 touring venues and throughout Europe.
